72 Publication of Student Right-to-Know

MSC has a responsibility to disclose information with respect to completion or graduation rates and campus safety policies and procedures to current and prospective students and employees for enrollment or employment.  The College prepares, publishes, and distributes information regarding completion or graduation rates and campus policies, procedures, and crime statistics as required by the Student Right-to-Know and Clery (Campus Security) Act of 1990 and as amended by the Higher Education Technical Amendment of 1991.
