Policy Statement (Board Approval Date: 03/22/11)

Recognizing the relationship of the MSC Foundation to the College as one that is for the direct benefit of the College and the students it serves; the Board establishes the following policy:

Fund-raising activities for the ultimate benefit of the College that are approved and conducted by the MSC Foundation, the private and external fund-raising department of the institution, are authorized by the MSC Board.
