110 Activity/Fundraising

Procedure:

All Activities and Fundraising Events must be approved by the President’s Office prior to the event.  The Activity/Fundraising Form can be found on Commons/MSC Forms/Activity-Fundraising Form.  This form should be turned in to the Executive Director for Student Affairs for obtaining all necessary signatures before any activity or fundraising event takes place.  It you have an approved event the form will be returned to you and at that time a Facilities Use Form should be completed and sent to Maintenance/Facilities to reserve the facility needed.
