Purchases

Enrolled concurrent students are eligible to charge up to $250 and general enrolled students are eligible to charge up to $500 on required course materials at the Murray State College Online Bookstore.

This option is available 6 weeks before classes begin each semester, in an effort to help students obtain their materials before classes begin. It will close after the Census date each semester.

Students will be required to pay these charges.

The amount charged will be added to the student’s account (e-bill). If a student has enough excess financial aid to cover these charges, they will be paid before a financial aid refund is issued. If there is not enough financial aid to cover the charges, students will pay the full balance due on their e-bill by the next payment due date; or if a payment plan is selected for the semester, the charges will be added to the remaining payments due on the account.

Students can take advantage of this opportunity on the MSC Online Bookstore by logging in using their Aggies Online login information and adding items to their cart. If the order totals more than the available balance, or if items in the cart are not eligible to use the funds, you will need to add an additional payment method at the final stage of the checkout process, such as a credit card, to complete your order. Students can also choose to pay for their materials directly and are not required to charge them to their e-bill.
