Regular instructors in a particular discipline have selected textbooks for each course offered in the class schedule, and students begin enrolling and purchasing textbooks several weeks in advance of each session.  Therefore, textbooks assigned to each course must be used as an integral part of the instructional process.  Instructors are encouraged to use ancillary materials and resource books as long as they do not become the primary resource for the course.  Desk copies of textbooks may be obtained through the Chair. Per Oklahoma State Law, desk copies may not be sold.  Starting in the Summer of 2023 textbooks will be sold through the online bookstore.
