33 Reproduction of Instructional Materials

College employees are responsible for compliance with the U.S. Copyright Law and guidelines, which highlight the current copyright law, may also be found in the Board Policy Manual.  For additional information regarding duplication of materials, see the Division Chair.  (The library staff is responsible for maintaining current information on the Copyright Law and will recommend changes to these guidelines as needed.  Staff must comply with any court decisions or changes in the law that pertain to the use of copyrighted materials in the educational setting.)

Copy machines and other reproduction services are located on the ground floor of the Administration Building at MSC.   It is important to plan early for copying needs.  Tests and other materials, which need to be reproduced, should be emailed or dropped off twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time needed.
