11 Aggies Online

Instructors have access to the following Murray State College web-based services through Aggies Online

  • Roster (Class Lists) – View and print course roster(s) and submit Retention Alerts
  • No-Show Reports-Submit before census date each semester.
  • Attendance-Submit attendance for each class period
  • Grade Entry (Grade book) – Enter and submit grades.
  • Catalog  (Find Course Sections) – View a list of courses offered for a specific department and semester as well as the number of open seats.

NOTE:  These services reflect up-to-the-minute (real-time) student/registration data.

Class rosters are available by logging into the enrollment management software, Colleague through Aggies Online.  From the start of a semester or term, the add/drop period is 2 weekdays for any class less than 16-weeks, 5 weekdays for the 8-week  class, and 10 weekdays for classes that are 16-weeks in length.

The instructors report grades through Aggies Online and it is the responsibility of the instructors to submit grades by the deadlines posted.  Students receive their grades by also accessing CampusConnect.  The Financial Aid Office requires the instructor to report the student’s last date of attendance at the end of each semester.

NOTE:  Test whether login is possible at least one week prior to grades being due! If it is not possible to log in, contact the Information Technology (IT) Department at 580-387-7160 or login to https://itsupport.mscok.edu/support/home

If an instructor does not have access to the Internet at home or office, computers are available on campus at the MSC Library and the UCSO Library in Ardmore.
