2 Human Resources
All Full-time faculty are hired following MSC Policy and Procedures.
Faculty must complete a hiring packet at the MSC Human Resources Office. After hire, the Office of Academic Affairs along with the Division Chair will provide New Faculty Orientation. The hiring process is not complete until a Personnel Action form (PAF) has been approved. Salaries and appointment terms are based on the MSC schedule. All Full-time Employees are required to complete the following HR Training Modules:
NIMS training 100.C and 700.B
Safe Colleges
FERPA Training
Bloodbourne pathogen (has to be completed annually by all full-time employees)
Diversity Awareness
Sexual Harassment Staff to Staff
Title IX and Sexual Misconduct
Conflict Management
