Course syllabus templates will be used by all instructors and are provided for traditional and online courses.  Chairs will provide direction on specific course requirements. Course objectives must be the same for all sections of a course.  Syllabi should not be changed except in extreme situations once the semester has begun. Course syllabus template should be completed each semester. All information pertinent to student success must be included: Instructor name and contact information, attendance policy, grade policy, textbook information, meeting times, current due dates, course objectives, course expectations, and policies, institutional information, etc.
