2 Human Resources
All Full-time faculty are hired following MSC Policy and Procedures.
Faculty must complete a hiring packet at the MSC Human Resources Office. After hire, the Academic Dean, along with the Chair, will provide New Faculty Orientation. The hiring process is incomplete until a Personnel Action form (PAF) has been approved. Salaries and appointment terms are based on the MSC schedule. All Full-time Employees are required to complete the following HR Training Modules:
NIMS training 100.C and 700.B

FERPA Training
Bloodbourne pathogens
Diversity Awareness
Sexual Harassment Staff to Staff
Title IX and Sexual Misconduct
Conflict Management
