38 Faculty Evaluation System

Faculty Evaluation System

All Faculty members will be evaluated yearly.  All full-time employees complete the Faculty Evaluation System during the spring of each academic year prior to the end of the working semester.  Employees who receive less than an overall satisfactory rating will not be eligible for any across-the-board salary/benefit increases recommended for the next fiscal year. Chairs and Deans are also evaluated on their performance as supervisors.
