11 Assessment of Students by Faculty
At the completion of the course, each instructor is responsible for the following items:
- Submit final grades through Aggies Online by the published date each semester.
- Every student has been given a grade.
- A copy of the Blackboard grade book is downloaded and submitted electronically to the Chair. Final letter grade column must be included in the downloaded grade book.
- Instructional materials issued to adjunct faculty must be returned unless the faculty member is teaching the course again the following semester or other arrangements have been made.
- All faculty must provide attendance information to the Financial Aid Office when requested.
