11 Assessment of Students by Faculty

At the completion of the course, each instructor is responsible for the following items:

  1. Submit final grades through Aggies Online by the published date each semester.
  2. Every student has been given a grade.
  3. A copy of the Blackboard grade book is downloaded and submitted electronically to the Chair. Final letter grade column must be included in the downloaded grade book.
  4. Instructional materials issued to adjunct faculty must be returned unless the faculty member is teaching the course again the following semester or other arrangements have been made.
  5. All faculty must provide attendance information to the Financial Aid Office when requested.
