36 Enrollment in Transitional Studies
Upon enrollment, a student may be placed in transitional courses based on an initial evaluation of academic preparedness. In addition, if a lack of skills appears to impair a student’s progress, a faculty member may refer the student to Academic Advisement for further assessment or advisement.
During the drop/add period of enrollment, a student, upon the advice of a faculty member or Advisor, may enroll in transitional studies in addition to regular courses or may withdraw from regular courses and enroll in transitional studies courses exclusively.
