14 Four Week, Mid-Term, and Final Grades

All grades are submitted through Aggies Online.  Four-week grades are submitted to identify at-risk students and improve student retention.  Mid-term grades are submitted on the Monday after the 8th week for 16-week courses, and the Monday after the 4th week for 8-week classes. Consult the Academic Calendar for additional submission dates as needed.  Grades should be 1) based on at least three measures of student performance, 2) represent student achievement as accurately as possible and 3) be based on defendable criteria.  Final grades are the transcripted grades.  These must be submitted in the format stated in the catalog and by the OSRHE policy.  Grades of incomplete must be accompanied by an Incomplete Grade Contract.
