How have leaders impacted events during the 20^th Century? As we begin to look in more details of the bi-polarization of the world in the 20^th Century, there are certain leaders that chose a path to greatness as well as those who chose the path to infamy. Some leaders are a product of events that impact them and others impact events to become leaders.
