How Do I Write A Cover Letter and Resume?

Six seconds.  That is all it takes for a recruiter to look at your professional documents and make a decision about you (Petrone, 2019).  How do you stand out in 6 seconds?  The purpose of a cover letter and resume is to highlight yourself in a way that will appeal to the hiring person.
